Starting to look real.
After a sweaty weekend, I got the screens and projectors up for the See-Stage. And I built a couple of ceiling shelves to tuck some servers into. The shelves were crazy hard to install. I feel like a tough guy now because of those shelves. Like I’ll get a gang jacket with some angle bracket logo on the back.
One thing I was scared about was ambient light. But it turned out not to be a big deal. When all three projectors are blazing out light, it does bring up the ambient light in the room, and it does affect how well you can see the image on each screen. But it’s not a wash-out. Images are reasonably clear.
I’ll put up a photo later with the room darkened and Machine Horror House art up on the screens.
