The Saturday “opening day” deadline for Machine Horror House has forced me to bring things to a close. It’s frustrating. I have a lot of raw material sitting at my fingertips–background illustrations, animatable character parts, polished audio. And it seems like I could throw together new scenes quickly. But if I push my luck, something might go wrong with the other remaining tasks, and I won’t have enough time to address it. So tonight, I’m saying that Machine Horror House will have full scenes for Sick Robot and Fear the Future, an abridged version of Special Gift, and some smaller vignettes. It’s about half the material I wanted to have ready. But it’s still fun stuff, and the other animations are likely to find their way into some future showing.
