Did you spot all six characters?
Bettina Throckmorton and I have been emailing back and forth over the last few weeks to visually design characters for Machine Court.
…oh, that makes it sound like I did a lot. No, I got to be the annoying client, full of fickle whims and some ill-defined Grand Vision. And Bettina sketched and colored and composed and polished. It mattered to her that the art expressed the characters. She poured her creativity into these characters. That’s what she does.
