Sound effects for 2.10

Here are the new sound effects I used in the 2.10 episode of Machine Court. These are all Creative Commons-licensed from various authors on freesound.org.

• “Gentle pad” by Martin Beltov – This plays behind the verdict while Spogey talks. In the credits there is a little ambiguity that might suggest Rich Vreeland composed this, but nope… it was Martin. I listened to a lot of synth pads on freesound, and this one had a wonderful churchy sound to it that was appropriate for Spogey’s sanctimonious attitude.
• All of the sounds below were used for Nikole careening around in her car:

• “Bird wings” by Dane Vandewiele – Used for sound of a released pigeon. A cool thing is that this is a foley sound. It’s more recognizable as bird wing flutters than the other real recordings I found. So nice work, Dane!
• MixCraft5 Loops by DJmastah – Some background music for one dramatic scene. It is meant to be close to the Vangelis Bladerunner music.
